What to wear:
  • High-visibility tops are required when on the water.
  • Leggings work best, so that oar handles don't catch on any material.
  • High-visibility baseball hat recommended.
  • Heavy socks for in-the-boat shoes.
  • Stable sandals that strap onto your feet for launching of the boat (no flip-flops).
  • Appropriate PFD (streamlined chest or belt).
Typical Rowing Times:
  • We row 7 days a week
  • Early morning group rows start between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m.
  • Afternoon group rows: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
  • Group rows are managed by a team captain.
  • All rowing depends on weather and requires sign up on iCrew. Team captains will send a message 45 minutes prior if a row needs to be cancelled.
